Herb Jelly
Aromatic herbs rosemary, basil, coriander, mint or wild arlic preserved in apple jelly for all the flavour of fresh herbs combined with kitchen-cupboard convenience. Add to stir-fries, casseroles, roasts, gravies and sauces - the list is endless!
Jen's Jams is at Chester-le-Street Farmers’ Market on the 2nd Friday of each month.
