Savoury Preserves
Caramelised Onion Marmalade - Sticky and sweet, try it with sausages, add to gravy and casseroles or serve with biscuits and cheese, especially goat‘s cheese and Cheddar.
Sweet Chilli Jam - All the taste of ripe red chillies and peppers, this preserve has a gentle warmth for those want flavour without fire. Baste chicken or seafood or serve with creamy cheese dishes.
Plum Sauce - Sweet and piquant, the perfect accompaniment to duck.
Jen's Jams is at Chester-le-Street Farmers’ Market on the 2nd Friday of each month.
